Raman spectra of carbon nanowires made of single walled carbon nanotubes encasing polyynes

چکیده

In this work, the Raman spectra of LCCs encapsulated single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) are calculated using spectral moment’s method. To derive optimum configurations linear chains inside nanotubes, minimum energy calculations a convenient Lennard-Jones expression van der Waals intermolecular potential is devoted. The optimized structures show that minima correspond to with diameter close 0.68nm. influence nanotube and chirality investigated. We also address important question effect filling degree frequency active modes. These predictions useful interpret experimental data.
